What are you expected to do?

. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries by telephone, email and chat
. Provide accurate, valid, complete information
. Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
. Take the extra mile to engage customers
. Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled

What it is needed from you?

. Fluency in Polish, German, French language
. Proficient English Skills (Oral and Written)
. Tech savviness
. Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset
. Genuinely excitement to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving orientation
. Enthusiasm, patience, empathy, accuracy
