a Process Manager to join their dynamic team!

📌 Location: Evoia, Milaki
📍 Working Model: On-site
✔️ Reports to: Plant Manager

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:
• Lead compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring adherence across all process activities.
• Supervise the monitoring and analysis of key process and operational parameters, guiding the resolution of deviations and driving data-informed decision-making.
• Drive plant production optimization and energy efficiency strategies to meet and exceed defined quality standards.
• Develop and oversee the execution of cost-reduction initiatives and performance enhancement programs.
• Lead process inspections, audits, and technical evaluations, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions through collaboration with production and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate and validate benchmarking studies, ensuring the integration of best practices into plant operations.
• Manage the planning and execution of new installations, upgrades, and commissioning processes. • Ensure consistent communication and alignment with company objectives, policies, and local regulations.
• Act as a mentor and leader for process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
•Up to 6 years previous experience in the cement industry, or equivalent process-oriented manufacturing sectors
•Postgraduate engineering studies (MSc) will be considered a plus
•Proficient in using MS Office applications.
•Fluent in English

Skills:
•Analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy
•Confidence in making effective decisions.
•Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
