ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global leader and pioneer in Mobile Marketing Automation, is looking for Product Analysts for our client`s Product and Operations Team.

Working model: Hybrid (1 week at the office, 2/3 weeks remote work, or a similar model) and our client`s offices are at North-East suburbs of Athens.

As part of the Product Management team, you role will be to bridge the Technical and Business worlds as you design/enhance services. The focus is to drive product development and ensure that our client`s Products retain a consistently high level of quality in product and customer experience.

Overall, the product has more than 10 platforms, and as a Product Manager you will be managing 2-3 platforms. The platforms are open-source and they offer integrations with complex TELCO systems.

Role`s Responsibilities:

• Help to define a product vision and roadmap
• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Technical Teams) for alignment on priorities and timelines
• Create robust product requirements, with prioritized features and justification to drive product development
• Work closely with SW Engineering to determine the best solutions and track ongoing development and timelines
• Brainstorm with the team to wireframe, sketch, and otherwise define new features
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and solutions and act as a subject matter expert for your product areas

Requirements

• Proven work experience for 1 year minimum as: Product Analyst OR Technical Project Manager OR Technical Analyst. Overall, previous exposure with Product Development related roles
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• Strong problem solving skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization
• Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
