ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an innovative company in the field of manufacturing for medical equipment, is in search of a Project Manager, to join the company’s office in Athens, Greece.

The role will report to the Sales Manager.

Περιγραφή

The job holder will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the company, from the beginning until the completion, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time within budget and scope.

More specifically he/she will:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan (select the team, identify third parties, prepare the communication plan)
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Monitor progress, provide project updates and make adjustments as needed
- Plan and monitor project’s cost
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
- Assess risks and troubleshoot
- Report and escalate to management as needed


Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in project management, business, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (overseeing projects A to Z)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE II certification will be preferred
- Fluent both in English and Greek
- Great Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid organizational and managerial skills
- Be an inspiring and effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolute conflicts
- Time management skills & prioritization
