ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceuticals company, is looking for a Projects Administrator.

The role’s objective is to support the realization of projects related to the Medical, Patient Value and Access (PVA) and Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Functions, while providing administrative assistance to the respective Function Heads. More specifically, they will be assisting in all aspects of projects from conception, to implementation by working cross functionally, reporting to the Medical Head.

Accountabilities:
• Provide daily organizational and administrative support to the Functions
• Be responsible for the coordination, organization and independent planning of internal and external meetings, tasks and projects within deadlines
• Support the preparation of documentation related to medical, PVA and E&C activities conducted in the country
• Prepare project contracts and be responsible for the end to end procurement and proactive due diligence process, ensuring successful completion of all steps
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that the project standards are met
• Provide support in coordination and consolidation of expense reporting, handing of purchase orders, invoices and contract management
• Provide support in local accounting activities and communicate with an external accounting team
• Maintain efficient relationships with internal stakeholders and participate in company events as needed
• Identify and raise relevant issues related to the projects and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels

Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in project administration/ coordination roles
• Proficient knowledge of English language
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Project Management certification will be considered an asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within cross functional teams
• Drive for results and self-motivation
