🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager Greece
As a purchasing manager you’ll be responsible for developing effective purchasing strategy and procedures to ensure the company’s supply of products and services is being handled in the most cost-saving way.

What you will do:• Provide high quality management concerning supplier evaluation and sourcing as well as monitor closely purchase order processing
• Monitor and evaluate all needs concerning the needs of the company for supplying goods and services based on production’s requirements
• Attend trade shows, interview vendors and visit supply plants/distribution centers
• Manage and negotiate contracts, including settling disputes and ensuring that a supplier meets expectations
• Ensure responsible procurement practices are being met and comply with company objectives and policies
• Work with other teams for cross-departmental work
What we are looking for:
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in commercial department management, handling suppliers, valuable in a multinational company
• Bachelor’s degree in the area of Business Administration or similar field is desirable
• Full proficiency of English
• Good financial understanding
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM use
• Availability to travel

• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of and ability to enhance sustainability
