ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking a Quality Inspector for the company’s projects based in Volos.
📌 Location: Volos
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Quality Manager

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:
•Inspection of the production process and completion of work in compliance with procedures and standards.
•Ensuring that inspections and tests are conducted according to inspection and test plans.
•Managing non-conformities and issuing relevant reports.
•Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for continuous improvement.
•Supporting internal and random customer audits.
•Receiving and inspecting incoming materials.
•Conducting internal quality checks on critical processes (welding, bolt tightening, painting, etc.).
•Accompanying the customer representative during predefined inspection points.
•Ensuring that all issues are resolved before commissioning the modernized trains.
•Collecting all inspection records and ensuring staff training.
Requirements:
•Degree Engineering.
•Minimum two years` experience in quality control activities in high demanding industries such as but not limited to: aeronautic, renewables, automotive or rolling stock.
•SAP Quality Management module (valued).
•Non-destructive test inspector (valued).
•Knowledge on different methodologies for root cause analysis.
•Experience in train or railway maintenance will be considered an asset
•Fluency in English language Spanish is also valued.
•Availability for short trips to audit suppliers will be valued, it will be necessary to work in two shifts.

•Technical capacity.
•Know the health & safety regulations in force in the different workshops.
•Team management
•Ability to identify potential issues.
•Initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
