ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational construction company, is in search of a Receptionist, for the company’s HQ in Schimatari.

Responsibilities:
The successfully evaluated candidate, will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the company, coordinating front-desk activities, offering administrative support across the organization, and acting as the first point of contact for the company.

More specifically she/he will:
• Greet and welcome guests/suppliers/colleagues from parent and other affiliate companies upon their arrival at the company and escort them in the appropriate person/office/meeting room offering them coffee or drinks
• Answer, screen and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email and forward incoming phone calls
• Monitor and screen company`s central email and send messages to the appropriate department
• Contact courier to arrange and send parcels and envelopes
• Receive, filter, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) and supplies (coffee, filters, paper cups)
• Prepare and submit orders for approval to the Purchasing Department for office supplies
• Provide support in meeting arrangements by keeping updated the meeting calendars, setting-up the meeting rooms appropriately and assist in the preparation and organization of internal events
• Keep a record of attendees of meetings, seminars and campuses when organized
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Perform other clerical duties such as: filing, photocopying, faxing and other
• Keep a record of Sales weekly program and prepare a report for the Sales Manager

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or school of secretarial studies
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative/clerical role
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite
• Planning and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Stability
• Attention to Detail, Adaptable, Dependable, Stress Tolerant and Responsive
