What you will do:

As a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading employers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process along with administrative day-to-day duties supporting general HR responsibilities and payroll issues (benefits, pay and leave) enforcing client’s policies and practices.

The successful candidate will:

• Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
• Advise both clients and candidates regarding employment conditions, salary ranges, career opportunities etc.
• Support HR administrative work and act as the point of contact for HR related matters and employment law issues.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.


What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant and/or HR generalist.
• University degree in business administration, economics, psychology, or a relevant field.
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
