ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Sales and Credit Control Administrator.

Our client is a multinational organization that serves a wide array of markets using innovative technology to create iconic sustainable steel and aluminum cans.

• Location: Thessaloniki
• Working Model: On site
• You will be reporting to: Sales Manager Greece


What you will do:

As a Sales & Credit Control Administrator, you will be fully involved in the preparation of Budgeting and Forecasting processes and work closely with CTS, Production & Supply Chain Departments to support Customers on production dates, updates, material information and loading dates.


More specifically:

• Create and follow up Customer orders, Contracts, Claims and letters, Price entries, and Customer rebates
• Customers’ and Internal reporting, Volume and Value Forecasting, and analysis on Internal Systems
• Communication with Finance SSC Department, on customer invoices and/or collection issues
• Collection chasing – communication with customers with related reporting (monthly overdue and receivables, pro-active debt chasing)

What we are looking for:

• Graduate from a Business School/University of Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
• Master’s degree will be a plus
• Any previous commercial experience and/or in Food industry will be appreciated
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Confidentiality and discretion


Compensation package and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation (1.400€ – 1.600€ gross)
• Commute with a corporate bus
