ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its partner, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager with primary responsibility to lead and execute sales and marketing strategy of the company.Περιγραφή
The role reports directly to the General Manager.Key objective: Act as the key point of contact in Greece for Sales and Marketing Activities, act as consultant to General Manager, design and implement sales strategy and establish high-quality and highly efficient marketing activities aligned with company’s strategic goal. Ensure the accomplishment of the commercial goals in the Greek market.
More specifically he/she will:
• Co-ordinate company’s planning process, guarantee the identification of medium and long-term objectives and plans, in compliance with Global guidelines and in line with the direction given by the General Manager
• Drive overall Sales and Marketing plans and execution to succeed in the market, resulting in significant sales growth and sustainably achieving growth targets at or above external market growth rate benchmarks
• Participate in setting the yearly budget and implement it in terms of financial results, identify and manage critical variables, establish objectives and develop new initiatives according to Global strategies
• Implement strategy to increase market penetration that meet short- and long-term business objective
• Evaluate possible future scenarios and develop action plans to increase business and manage and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve the target and excel in business growth.
• Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Prepare annual performance achievement plans for each team member that include annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business
• Build and maintain relationships with KOL’s with the ultimate goal of developing portfolio advocates
• Analyze financial and commercial information and industry trends to determine financial needs, and recommend an action plan
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
Candidate Profile:
• University degree (BA / BSc) – preferably in the scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry)
• Mandatory 8+ years of experience related to Sales / Account Management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Extensive experience and strong track record in sales and product launch or expansion
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market access
• Team player and entrepreneurial problem solver
• Ability to mentor, guide and develop the team members to reach their potential
• Goal driven sales professional
• Ability to understand the marketplace driving medical professionals and other stakeholders
• Business and financial acumen with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
