ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, who offers advanced engineering design-simulation software and high added-value services to a wide range of companies and institutes, is looking for a hard-working and well-organized individual to undertake a Sales Engineering role.The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:The job holder will oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts and liaise with cross-functional internal teams, to improve the entire customer experience.
More specifically he/she will:
•Conduct market research and find companies to target.
•Demonstrate the company’s products to prospective clients and customers.
•Identify customer needs and offering products accordingly.
•Remain in regular contact with clients to meet their expectations.
•Respond to complaints and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate agreements and keeping records of sales and data in CRM system.
•Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
•Unearth new sales opportunities and convert them to long-term partnerships.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
•Build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
•Create quotations and send them out to customers.
•Attend industry events to generate business leads.
•Contribute to business planning by setting strategy and goals.
Requirements:
•A University degree in engineering or a science-related subject is required.
•At least 3 years work experience in technical sales.
•Well versed in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
•Knowledge of CAD/CAE software will be a plus.
•Ability to understand engineering and product creation processes and to communicate at all levels of company hierarchy.
•Excellent command of English.
•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to use own initiative.
•Discretion and confidentiality.
•Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
•Ability to travel
