What you will do:

The purpose of this role is to ensure order growth, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction by promoting ABB’s portfolio of products and motion solutions. You will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships by identifying sales opportunities.

More Specifically:

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying their needs and guiding them through ABB’s full portfolio of products, systems, and services to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor’s activities.
• Meet short-term/long-term and revenue goals In line with business objectives.
• Provide customers with clear and timely information regarding delivery schedules, payment terms, and general conditions, ensuring consistency with ABB’s commercial framework and strategy.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition of ABB’s products to customers, enhancing their interest and trust.
• Prepare offers and manage all related administrative tasks-including offer tools, invoices, letter of credit-following ABB’s standards and processes.
• Work closely with internal teams (product management, engineering, logistics, and finance) in order to meet operational, technical requirements and customer satisfaction.


What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or automation engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
• Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel.
