ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is in search of a Sales Engineer.

Our client is a Greek company specializes in distribution of multinational brands for industrial and marine clients.

📌 Location: Athens
📍 Working Model: On-site

What you will do:

The purpose of the role is to contribute to growth and development of clients in Greece as well as include growing the company`s revenue.

More specifically:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the selection, installation, and operation of the water treatment solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their water treatment needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and stakeholders within target industries, fostering trust and credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. (Master`s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles within the water treatment industry, with a focus on dosing pumps, control instruments, and related equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, including chlorination, pH regulation, and disinfection methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
