Sales Manager


ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international company working on the commercialization of a highly successful and distinctive oral brand specialized in medical toothpastes, is seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the company in Thessaloniki. Role involves:
•Introduce the activities of the company
•Implement company’s strategy for listing products
•Actively visit and build strong relationships with clients and follow up with their contracting
•Be Pioneer: create, develop, and manage the sales market, with focus on establishing an extended network
•Monitoring and analyzing of the market, recognize trends or needs, and respond on opportunities
•Preparing price quotations, tracking and realization of sales plans
•Ensure ordering of products and client satisfaction
•Process and dispatch of customer orders with direct interaction with colleagues and partners
•Ensure timely payments
•Ensure the implementation of company’s goals on annual basis
•Travelling beyond country boarders quarterly
•Assist with the organization of potential seminars and exhibitions
•Report to regional management

Candidate Profile:
•At least 3 years of relevant managerial experience in Retail and/or Personal Hygiene industry
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
•Excellent sales skills, communications, and negotiations skills
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•High level of drive within a fast paced, high-pressure environment
•High level of flexibility and resilience
•Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity
•Knowledge of strategic planning and strong regulatory experience
•Education specializing either in Business, Sales and Marketing, Economy
•Post graduate degree will be considered as a plus
