The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the healthcare industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

📌 Location: Athens, Greece
🖋️ Reporting to: Board of Directors

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve company’s targets and objectives
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities


Candidates Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or business administration
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within surgical products
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Willingness to travel as needed
