ManpowerGroup Greece, on hehalf of its client, a Greek manufacturer of Glass, Ceramics and Concrete, is in search of a Sales Project Manager, who will oversee and manage the construction projects from concept design to completion.

Responsibilities:
The successfully evaluated candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgeting, resources, and communications with stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.

More specifically he/she will:
•Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept creation/design to completion
•Develop and manage project budgets (pre-sales), timelines, and schedules
•Ensure all project documents, including contracts, permits, and drawings are up-to-date and accurate
•Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
•Ensure project safety and quality standards are met and maintained
•Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
•Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
•Manage project changes, scope, and budget changes as needed

Candidate’s Profile:
•Ideally a Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), or a related field
•1-5 years of experience in Project Management is preferred
•Proficient user of AutoCAD
•Proficient user of Softone or related ERP
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
•Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
