ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of international training and corporate learning solutions, is searching for a Sales Representative, based in Athens.The job holder will be responsible to achieve business development in Greece and ensure a quality relationship with existing and new accounts, by developing and implementing company’s strategic plans.

Main responsibilities:The successful candidate will :
•Visit companies and sell public seats – individual participation to the company’s open programs
•Maintain relationships with existing clients and contribute to the business development strategy
•Participate to events to build continuous relationship with people and companies
•Deal with all incoming enquiries, questions and information requests in order to complete the sales
•Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities
•Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual activity and revenue targets
•Collaborate with all the departments
Candidate Profile:
•Relative working experience in a similar role (B2B sales, Solutions providing company) desired
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relative field will be considered an asset
•Fluency in English, written and spoken
•Very good Computer Skills
•Strategic overview and a can-do mentality
•Ambition to maximize the market share of the product portfolio
•Collaboration, effective communication with strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Remuneration Package:
