Sales Support Administrator (Travel and Tourism)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, leader in travel and events management, is searching for a Sales Support Administrator, who will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in managing customer accounts.

Περιγραφή

Main responsibilities:

•Manages customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
•Reviews pending items and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
•Works with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
•Keeps up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
•Provides assistance in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
•Collaborates with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
•Analyzes and reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
•Conducts market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
•Provides assistance in developing and creating marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
•Performs data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintains an organized and accessible filing system
•Handles administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams

Candidate Profile:
•0-2 years of experience in commercial/sales/marketing support roles in the service sector
•Bachelor`s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
•Experience in administration and high-volume office work is desired
•Proficiency in the English Language
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel)
•Experience with Social Media (LinkedIn) will be an asset
•Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
•Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
•Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
•Ability to pay strong attention to detail

Remuneration Package:
•Gross monthly salary
