ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek company with specialization in tiles, sanitary ware and bathroom renovation products, is looking for a Senior Account Manager.


📌 Location: Alimos, Greece
📍 Working Model: On-Site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director

What you will do:

The purpose of this role is to ensure long-term relationships with B2B accounts and drive profitable growth. You will be responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities by identifying and building relationships with potential clients.

More Specifically:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction sector while managing incoming leads.
• Present the company’s products and solutions to new projects and potential partners.
• Monitor product developments, market trends and competitor’s activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms.
• Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets within your client portfolio.
• Inform and update clients about new products, collections and industry trends.
• Work closely with internal teams (customer service, logistics, etc) in order to ensure smooth project execution.


What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience managing B2B accounts within the construction sector.
• Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
