Senior Cost Engineer (Civil - Electrical - Mechanical)

📌Location: Ilioupoli
🖋️Reporting to: Costing Supervisor

Περιγραφή

What you will do:
•Quantity surveying – Measurement of works
•Conduct preliminary costing of projects
•Preparation of offers and budgets for the new projects
•Preparation of the necessary technical documents for the offer (technical description, schedule, etc.)
•Occasional visits to the project site as part of the offer preparation
•Communication with stakeholders

What we are looking for:
•University degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering or equivalent (Mechanical engineering, Architecture etc.)
•At least 2 years of proven experience in lighting projects will be appreciated.
•Experience in photometrical plannings with Dialux application and AutoCAD knowledge will be appreciated.
•Proficient in use of advanced MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
•Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
•SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset.
•Skills with a good understanding of both technical and business issues will be appreciated.
 
Candidate’s profile:
•Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Electrical - Mechanical Engineering from a
•7 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation and measurement of building projects
•Experience with complex building projects and strict deadlines
•Experience in Public Works will be considered an asset
•Excellent knowledge of English
•Essential knowledge of AutoCAD
•Desired knowledge of MS Project
•Knowledge of BIM will be considered an asset

Skills:
•Communication skills, teamwork, and a spirit of collaboration
•Organizational skills, attention to detail, consistency in meeting deadlines
•Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
