ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading global provider of secure identification and identity solutions, with a focus on innovation and cutting-edge technology, is looking for a result – driven Senior Sales Manager, who will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the market presence.
Perimeter: South Europe: Portugal, Spain, Malta, Italy, Greece, Cyprus.
The role reports to Sales Director.

Key responsibilities:
The selected candidate will create and implement effective sales strategies and foster strong relationships with clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
More specifically he/she will:
-Develop a successful sales strategy in the public sector with long-term procurement cycles and in a well-established competitive market.
-Implement the regional sales strategy to support the company`s growth strategy and its goals.
-Identify and qualify new business opportunities, customer needs and expectations within the government environment. -Carry out the necessary sales activities to promote and sell secure identity documents
-Lead sales and contract negotiations in coordination with multi-disciplinary internal resources
-Establish business partnerships to support a specific sales strategy and maintain a multidisciplinary network
-Build trusting customer relationships as well as relationships with decision-makers in the government environment
-Be responsible for managing the customer account once the contract has been concluded
-Be responsible for customer relationships, incoming orders and sales forecasts
-Independent preparation of offers for simple projects or coordination of the internal service for more complex projects (product management, offer management, order processing)
-Represent of the company (at trade fairs, lectures, etc.).

Candidate’s profile:
-At least 10 years of relevant sales professional experience in an international environment
-Mandatory sales experience within the public sector
-Experience within the security industry will be considered a plus
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
-MBA will be considered a plus
-Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Independent and goal-oriented thinking and actions,
-Very good communication skills.
-Willingness to travel across south east Europe
