Scope of the Role:

• Ensure strategy implementation and proper operation of Service Operations according to the approved business plans and the legal requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring the establishment and delivery of best-in-class service level objectives and key performance indicators across all the service delivery channels.
• Improve Service business financial results and deliver budgeted P&L by focusing on Sales & cost management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and co-ordinate service activities for the effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers.
• Implement and continuously optimize services to increase customer satisfaction indexes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high priority clients and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Identify commercial opportunities and ensure development and implementation, to generate business revenue; develop sales of services and expand customer base while ensuring profitability of after sales service.
• Business development for Spare Parts and Components
• Work together with Commercial Service Manager to expand sales in the region.
• Develop, follow-up and manage the annual services business plan, budget, and all related financials.
• Ensure that the service providers are offering high quality services in terms of consistency, courteous behavior towards the customers and optimum operation of the equipment.
• Serve as the primary liaison with sales and manufacturing staff, on the effective delivery of customer service.
• Develop and implement communication and order tracking programs in support of the organization`s service objectives.
• Transact service business and draw up contracts for services.
• Provide price information and client file information, supervise handling of customer complaints, and prepare regular qualitative and quantitative reports on customer satisfaction.
• Identify or predict changes in external markets or conditions; take required actions to effectively capitalize on new opportunities or to minimize risk.
• Actively focus on development, coaching and managing performance to continually grow a high-performing Service team.


Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Finance
• Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Proven relevant experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Proficient user of the Greek and English language
• Proficient user of the German language will be considered an asset
• IT literate

• Numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Results-driven with sound business judgment.
