ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading Technology Group, is looking for an experienced Software Support Engineer to join their Technical Support and DevOps team with aim to provide support and high-quality solutions to their global client base.

You will be a member of the team which supports the Product installations, mostly in Banking and Financial Organizations.
You will be working closely with the Service Management and Software Development teams to improve customer experience, provide effective integration and service request solutions as well as identify and timely resolve issues of clients.
Workplace Location: Athens – Northern Suburbs, Hybrid Working Model

Working model:

• 3 weeks per month, morning shift (09.00-17.00/10.00-18.00)
• 1 week per month, afternoon shift (remote, 14.00 – 22.00)
• 1 week per 2 months, Stand By status (22.00 – 09.00, extra payment of €150 gross per week)

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to understand clients’ installations and processes
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Build tools/queries to fulfil customer service requests to improve customer experience
• Investigate and identify root cause concerning reported customer incidents
• Perform service restoration actions when needed
• Participate in the investigation and problem management processes during support phases by implementing bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements to existing clients
• Provide second level support for software services
• Update internal monitoring tools

Requirements

• University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Application / SW Support Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Good working knowledge of SQL and good understanding of Databases
• Experience in NET Framework, C# is preferred, but overall experience with OOP (for bug fixing)
• Microsoft ETL tools and IIS knowledge will be highly appreciated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership and attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language
