System Engineer Level 1 Support

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading Digital Marketing Firm, is seeking for a System Engineer Level 1 Support to join their Infrastructure and Support Team.

Workplace Location: Athens (Centre/North), Hybrid working model

What you will be doing:

You will participate in day-to-day tasks of user support (including remote support), system health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, procurement and the provision of hardware and software.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Translate and explain computer issues to users in ways that make sense and apply to their daily business needs

Perform maintenance of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and hardware

Install required software and overall prepare laptops, PCs, and mobile devices for corporate use

Provide technical user support

Coordinate hardware warranty repair

Accurately update comments and status to tickets via ticketing system



Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Hands on troubleshooting of software and hardware issues

Experience with computer hardware and peripherals

Experience with Windows and Office apps Office 365 (e.g. OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

Eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills

High teamwork spirit - structured and methodical work style

Good command of the English language (written and verbal)

Any of the following will be considered an asset:

Certifications and Licenses: Certifications in any of the above essential’s skill will be a plus
