ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading Digital Marketing Firm, is seeking for a System Engineer Level 2 Support to join their Infrastructure and Support Team.

Workplace Location: Athens (Centre/North)

What you will be doing:

You will work to provide maximum performance and availability across all servers, services and networks.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Update tickets with accurate and timely records of work performed

Assist company-users in support of Internal systems

Install and configure Microsoft, Linux Servers in scope of best practices

Monitor system availability and performance

Provide technical support and guidance

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Practical knowledge in Linux/Windows Server operating systems

Knowledge of cloud solutions with focus on MS Azure

Experience in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI)

Eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills

High teamwork spirit - structured and methodical work style

Good command of the English language (written and verbal)

Any of the following will be considered an asset

Experience in MS Azure cloud platform, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Practical experience in automatization tools (Ansible, Terraform)

Experience in monitoring/logging tools (Kibana, Grafana)

Certifications and Licenses: Certifications in any of the above essential’s skill will be a plus
