The position reports directly to the GM

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships with External Certification Bodies/Authorities, together with Corporate System Improvement.
• Ensures support to the General Manager in the activities of reporting and coordination of various projects and supervising interdepartmental activities.
• With the sponsorship of the General Manager, he/she will be Project Leader of specific projects of management, organizational or certification related.
• Supports the organization in the resolution of problems related to quality investigating root causes and identifying possible corrective / preventive / improvement actions.
• As a Business Partner of Functional Managers, provides the alignment between the integrated Management System and the business objectives; identifies and carries out improvement actions for the Company processes development in conformity to standards and corporate guidelines, policies and local/export legislation/regulation.
• Prepares and keeps the integrated Management System up-to-date, cooperate and ensure the generation of all System documents and provides their distribution assuring the implementation and application of standards, corporate guidelines, policies and local/export legislation/regulation.
• Maintains relationships with internal customers by promoting upward vertical communication with General Manager and horizontal communication with the head of departments involved in the processes carried out.
• Ensures the promotion of awareness of internal and external stakeholder requirements throughout the organization with proper communication and performing specific trainings.
• Assures Company standards are met throughout the entire organization, performing any necessary audit.
• Collaborates with Corporate System Improvement to the development of the professional family.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (AEI or TEI)
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Systems Management (eg. ISO 9001; ISO 14001; FPC)
• Audits Management (ISO 19011)
• CE Marking
• Very Good knowledge of English Language
• Knowledge of Italian Language will be considered an asset
• IT literate, good command of MS Office
• Availability for a 2-month training abroad
