ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, an IT and Management Consulting firm, is in search of a Talent Sourcer – Recruiter, to join the company’s HQ in the Northern Suburbs of Athens.

Requirements:
You will generate interest in the organization`s vacancies and also build and maintain the company`s talent pool and a candidate pipeline for requisitions.

More specifically:
• Source, Maintain and update on a daily basis the online recruitment system / database (Workable, LinkedIn etc)
• Run the first phone and onsite job interviews using prescribed tools and frameworks, assess the candidates` knowledge, experience, and soft skills
• Collaborate closely with the hiring managers and internal teams to identify the right recruitment need by determining the job requirements and candidate specifications
• Define key priorities, timeline, any potential gaps in the job market, share frequent progress updates and solicit feedback on candidates to refine the search process
• Identify, engage, and build a network with active and passive candidates from entry-level to senior-level to cover immediate hiring needs, as well as a supply of candidates on-demand for future needs
• Prepare appropriate recruitment reports to keep track of recruitment progress and metrics
• Support a successful, positive, timely and consistent “hiring experience” across the company, both to Hiring Managers and external candidates

Candidate Profile:
• 3-4 years of Sourcing or Recruitment experience working for a recruitment or consultancy firm
• Technical Recruitment eperience in IT or Software companies will be considered an asset
• BSc or MSc degree in HR, Business studies will be preferred
• Experience with modern online recruitment systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Solution-focused attitude and resourceful
• Self-starter, result-driven and able to take ownership
• Team-player, positive attitude and ready to step in
