Technical Warehouse Supervisor

About Electrip:

Zorlu Energy is an integrated utility which is involved in the generation and sale of electricity and steam, electricity and natural gas supply and trade, electricity and natural gas distribution, installation, trade and sale of solar PV panels; design and turnkey construction of power plants, installation and sale of EV charging stations and electric car sharing. As of 2018, Zorlu Energy has gathered its new-generation technology activities under the ZES brand, which aims to facilitate the driving experience of electric vehicle owners in Turkey and near territories. As of 2021, Zorlu Energy has established several companies in Europe and Israel.
Electrip Hellas has been established in Greece under 100% ownership of Zorlu Energy to pursue its activities and projects covering electrical vehicle charging station sales, installment and operation activities abroad with its subsidiaries.
Electrip is an integrated operator for electric mobility committed to the deployment of charging infrastructures, from 22 kWh up to 180 kWh of power.

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process warehouse stock products into the company stock management system
- Sort, organize and store inventory
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into the inventory
- Check delivered items and ensure specified quality
- Communicate and cooperate with the Specialist and field teams
- Follow up and report of the daily site works of the field teams
- Ensuring the systematic compilation and archiving of the related documents
- Provide coordination between HQ and Operation Center
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality and HSE standards and comply with procedures, rules, regulations


Qualifications:

- Graduate of technical high school in electrical technology or higher
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Warehouse responsible
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods (SAP, Salesforce, IFS etc)
- Having electrical equipment (panels, switchgear, cables) knowledge is a plus
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs
- Familiar with the code requirements and company safety regulations
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Team-oriented personality
- Open to learning and result oriented
- Driver’s license (B)
